What's with all of that energy? Telegraph readers reflect on the world beyond human affairs today. But they're the exception. Well - that is if you don't count the porpoises. Beyond that - it's politics, economics and celebrities in the number one 'most read' spot in newspapers from around the world. And a few other outliers. Do the outliers form a trend? Each morning we attempt to understand what drives people's curiosity and attention. This segment uses the simple metric of 'most viewed articles' - a feature on the home-pages of many newspapers. We examine newspapers from across the English speaking world.
